I was guided and assisted through my online order for overseas wonderfulky, and believe me it felt wonderful to have my thoughts and worries catered for.

I bought a bouquet for my dearest friend who had lost her dad. I found it so easy to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers and was extremely pleasantly surprised to see that I could also order a vase - what a lovely idea - at a very reasonable price. The flowers were delivered the following day (a Sunday) and were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family and I will certainly be using them myself again

If I could rate 0 I would. My partner had a £25 bouquet delivered to my work for my Birthday and they were awful, Roses dying, broken buds & stems, leaves rotting, buds squashed. I complained via email and asked for my partner to be refunded to be told they’d replace the bouquet which I agreed to but they’ve arrived today and are as bad as the first lot that came. Absolute rip off, terrible quality. Save your money and go to supermarket, trust me their flowers are better quality than you’ll get here. Awful that they think what they’re sending out to people is acceptable. They’ve a cheek to use the images they do on their website as that flowers that arrive are nothing like the photos. Will never use this company again.

Ordered tracked delivery and received confirmation email confirming correct date I had ordered,checked account on day flowers to be delivered and there was no tracking or delivery charge even though I had confirmation email stating tracked and charged for it,when spoke in online chat was told that the delivery date was wrongly input and they'd do it for the day after I had already paid for,so at that point I was mislead to believe I put wrong date in and only later after I checked email did I find it was correctly done and was a complete failure on 123 flowers to carry out the order,so next day I went on chat to be informed the truth this time by an honest colleague that the orders had been mixed up,so tried to get some form of goodwill gesture as the delivery date was missed and the imp t of the flowers list I got offered 10.pounds of next order if order is over 29.99 needless to say I won't be taking them up on the order,more cheesed if by being mislead as in to thinking was my mistake when clearly email stated different,bad experience ,won't be using again

An error was made for delivery for my flowers and Ellie’s customer service to help me rectify was outstanding. Highly recommend .

Oi wasn't happy with the flowers that were delivered but I spoke to customer service and there are sending out a new bunch. The delivery of the original order was quick so was the reply from customer service. REVIEW123

Don't buy if you want next day delivery! Spent £40.44 inc extra postage for next day delivery for a birthday present. Did not arrive until a day later when my mum was away. This is not next day delivery. Don't advertise as next day delivery and accept payment if you can't deliver. No idea what flowers were like as they were left on doorstep in rain and a neighbour now has them. Offered me £2.95 refund ? .Stick with Bloom n Wild

Really really good, delivered perfectly, beautiful, picture isn’t how they are delivered but with a few days they will bloom. Need help message on instagram was easier than emailing, super professional!

We were a bit disappointed in our flower delivery..we contacted 123 Flowers and the replied promptly and offered to send a new delivery...which I thought was extremely good...very satisfied with their response..would use again.. excellent customer service

I ordered expensive flowers for a friend’s birthday and the flowers delivered looked nothing like the ones I had ordered. They were worse than the £5 bunch you’d buy at a supermarket, a few roses and mainly green leaves. On top of this, the roses were already brown, wilting and dying. I sent images of the flowers and spoke to Customer Services and the product manager who said there was nothing wrong with the flowers. I responded by saying I would be leaving a review here when suddenly they offered to replace said flowers. A week later, no flowers had been delivered and I was told it would be -2 days delivery from the date I requested. This was however, already 6 days after my delivery date. I was then told they could not deliver at that address for some reason. I spent a week emailing back and forth asking for a refund. Save your money. Product and service was awful!

Easy to order, nice choice of flowers, I didn’t realise that the free delivery is by Royal Mail and could take 1-2 days I thought it was next day, I contacted the company and paid the extra £2.95 to make sure my mam got her flowers on the day I wanted, they were very helpful when I contacted them

Really poor bouquet of flowers I ordered the size medium and it was terrible. Hard to think what a small size would be. Plus they were not great flowers and looked half dead. Was embarrassed that these were sent to my daughter for a special occasion. Would have got better from a supermarket

Flowers were absolutely beautiful - of the highest quality. Delivered on time and recipient was thrilled with them! A great experience with 123-flowers!
